  1. Adult Development SquadThis level is ideal for swimmers who can swim 100m freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke.Target age 17 years or older
  2. Adult SquadThis level is ideal for those who can swim 1km freestyle, 200m backstroke and breaststroke and want to push themselves to swim up to 2.5km.Target age 17 years or older
  3. Adult WhāIn order to enrol into this level, you need to have the following skills - can swim freestyle and backstroke for 15m, beginner breaststroke kick, and sculling arms.
  4. Adult RimaIn order to enrol into this level, you need to have the following skills - can swim 25 metres of freestyle and backstroke, basic breaststroke, and sculling arms.
